Cub Scout STEM Quest is Filling Up!

Registration for the 2016 Cub Scout STEM Quest on June 11 opened a little over a week ago and we already have nearly 100 youth signed up to attend! Registration is free and all activities at the event are free as well! This is a great opportunity to get your Cub Scouts outdoors to work on STEM-related Cub Scout Adventures! Participants will get to participate in as many stations as they like including Pinewood Derby Physics, Bricks 4 Kidz (Legos!), rockets, catapults, homemade slime, and much more! This year will also include the option to purchase a Cub Scout STEM Quest t-shirt during your visit. Don’t forget that siblings can participate as well!

Registration can be completed by visiting www.onscstem.wordpress.com and clicking on “Cub Scout STEM Quest” at the top of the page. This will take you to the Eventbrite page where you can get your tickets. Tickets are only needed for youth participants, not adults. Volunteers are needed for this event as well! We need volunteers to assist with set-up, run activity stations, and assist with breakdown at the end. Adult volunteers are preferred but youth at least 12 years old will be valuable as well. Please register for a volunteer ticket at the link above to let us know you want to help!

Don’t wait to register! We’ll see you there!
